Garden visits are weekly or biweekly depending on your package. Pool maintenance is typically weekly. We agree the schedule upfront and lock it in — you'll always know when to expect us.
Yes — all tools, chemicals, fertilisers and consumables are sourced and brought by our crew. You won't need to stock anything. Specialist materials (new plants, lighting fixtures) are quoted separately at cost.
Absolutely. We do a full outdoor audit first — soil, irrigation, plant health, pool chemistry — and build a tailored care plan before the first visit.
Our team recommends heat-resilient, low-water species suited to Dubai's summer — bougainvillea, frangipani, date palms and ornamental grasses perform particularly well. We source from accredited nurseries and advise on placement and soil prep.
