Renovation questions answered
A single bathroom refurbishment typically takes 2–3 weeks. A kitchen 3–5 weeks. Full villa fit-out 8–16 weeks. Your fixed-price scope includes a guaranteed handover date, committed to in writing before work begins.
For single-room renovations (bathroom, kitchen) most residents stay in the villa. For full fit-outs or projects involving multiple rooms, we recommend temporary relocation and will advise at the site-visit stage.
We supply everything — tiles, fixtures, cabinetry, paint, lighting — at trade rates, itemised in your fixed scope. You can also provide your own materials (e.g. a specific tile you've chosen) and we'll incorporate them with no mark-up.
All workmanship — tiling, joinery, plumbing connections, electrical installation, painting — is covered for 12 months from handover. If anything fails due to installation, we return and fix it at no charge.
